1. Program Overview

The VGS Perfume Agent Program allows approved Agents to earn commission by promoting VGS Perfume products using unique referral links.

By registering through the registration link, you agree to all terms stated in this document:


2. How to Earn Extra Income Hassle Free

2.1 Agent Structure (Two-Tier Program)

This is a 2-tier agent program

  • Level 1 – Direct Agent: Earn commission on your own direct sales.

  • Level 2 – Recruited Agent: Earn commission from sales made by agent you personally recruit.

Note: No commissions are paid beyond two (2) levels.

3. Commission Structure

Commission Rates

  • Level 1 (Direct Sales): 25%

  • Level 2 (Recruited Agent): 10%

4. Commission Eligibility & Tracking

  • Sales must be tracked using official agent links, and/or

  • All SALES and PAYMENT matters regarding the order are on the website www.thehouse-group.com.my.com only.

  • Orders must be completed and paid

  • Orders sold cannot be refunded and can only be changed when the received product is defect and different from the order that has been placed.

  • Self-referrals, fake orders, or commission manipulation are strictly prohibited.

  • All tracking and calculations are handled automatically via UpPromote.


5. Payment Term

  • Commissions are paid  by the 5th of the following month

  • Payment method: Bank Transfer


6. Agent Responsibilities

Agent must:

  • Promote VGS Perfume ethically and honestly

  • Avoid misleading claims 

  • Not represent themselves as VGS Perfume employees or owners


7. Outright Buy-Off Stocks

  • Seller may choose to purchase stock upfront at a discounted rate.

  • Minimum items=20 bottles

  • Enjoy a full 50% off


7.1 Minimum Selling Price (MSRP) for Buy-Off Stocks

  • Minimum Selling Price (MSRP)

  • 10ml: RM18.50

  • 30ml: RM39.50

  • Sellers must strictly adhere to the MSRP to maintain pricing consistency and protect brand integrity.

  • Sellers may set prices above the MSRP at their own discretion; any margin above MSRP will be fully retained by the seller.

  • The Company will notify sellers in advance of any MSRP updates.


7. Termination & Changes

VGS Perfume reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates or program rules

  • Suspend or terminate any agent account

  • Void commissions from policy violations

Continued participation means acceptance of any updates.


9. Intellectual Property

All VGS Perfume logos, images, videos, and brand materials remain the property of VGS Perfume and may only be used for approved promotions.
