We offer an easy return service, so you can shop with confidence! Try them on in the comfort of your home, and if you don't love them, simply return them! Just be careful that you don't stain them with your makeup while trying them on, and that all tags are intact.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE FAQ
Q. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
A. We provide the replacement for Sizes Exchange & Refund for Faulty Products. All you need to do is simple:
- Send us photos of you wearing the items or screenshot the defects for verifications at email@example.com
- All items must be returned in original conditions: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with the label tag.
- Items you wish to return must be mailed back to our HQ address indicated below, within 14 days of receiving your parcel for local orders, and within 30 days for international orders.
- Free returns only applicable for domestic returns. International returns are not entitled to free returns.
- JoieMie is not responsible for returned parcels until it reached HQ.
- Please send us postage receipt or tracking slip at firstname.lastname@example.org as proof of returns.
- It will take estimated 9-13 working days to process your exchange or refund for local orders, and 30 days for international orders.
- We issue 2 forms of refund based on your preference:
- Refunds in the original form of payment (e.g. credit cards / debit cards / bank transfers / PayPal)
- E-Vouchers are issued and emailed to you immediately following the approval of your return. Please note vouchers must be redeemed within 20 days from the date of issuance.
- Buyers are responsible for the return cost; Joie Mie will bear the shipping fees for shipment to you for all local and international orders.

RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Accessories, swimwear, activewear, leggings, sports bra, invisible bra and SALE/ Promotion items
- Color may vary across screens and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. Returns for such reasons are not acceptable, provided that it meets the Returns T&Cs above. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns due to this reason as a defect.
If you would like an immediate exchange, kindly fill up the Return Form and identify the items you would like to exchange. The replacement items will be ship to you once the exchange has been approved and processed.
